Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bashtargetsupply.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bash Target Supply 5 Chase Street Plymouth NH 03264. You will need to pay the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We value our product quality and stand behind our products. Any product that is damaged or defective we will replace. Our warranty policy is below:
Personal and Recreation Use
- Targets/Stands/Mounts: Manufacturing & material defects for 90 days
- Welds: Covered for 1 Year from date of delivery
Commercial & Range Use
- All Products: Manufacturing and material defects for 90 days from delivery
- Coverage includes weld integrity, materials
- Normal wear, slight pitting, cratering and face degradation from high volume or non approved ammunition are not covered
Terms for Warranty
- No steel core, armor piercing, armor piercing incendiary or tracer ammunition
- Targets used at minimum recommended shooting distances at all times
- Targets mounted to Bash Target Supply specifications
- Bash Target Supply reserves the right to request photos as part of the warranty claim
- Misuse & abuse are strictly not covered
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
